Post of a photo of a loved one lost to breast cancer you wish you could spend “One Moment More” with via this form and your photo may show up on the Opry Barn screen during Mindy’s performance of “One Moment More” at “Opry Goes Pink”. Your picture will be included on the Remembrance Wall of this site.

    I hereby consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by TVX Records, LLC, Giant Leap Records, LLC, Mindy Smith and the Grand Ole Opry to reproduce and use all photographs submitted by me, for use in all domestic and foreign markets in connection with (i) Mindy Smith’s performance during The Opry Goes Pink on October 30, 2012 at The Grand Ole Opry and (ii) the promotion of Mindy Smith’s recordings on her website. I hereby acknowledge that I am not receiving any compensation for submitting photographs for this project.

    I hereby release TVX Records, LLC, Giant Leap Records, LLC, Mindy Smith, the Grand Ole Opry and any of their associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such uses.
